Refunds/returns only accepted after emailing the charity to request the return/ refund only if the item is faulty or unused. This is required within 7 days of the purchase. 

Returns only accepted up to 14 days, if the item is faulty only. 

All items are posted via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service at a cost to the buyer of £4.10. 

We do accept collection from NG5 Nottingham for free 

We will attempt to use when possible recycled materials to post out to reduce waste.
